Toe-touching goals

A challenge has been issued to Pat to work on her flexibility.    It seems that she cannot touch her toes without substantially bending her legs.   When she is able to stand up, bend over, and touch her toes without bending her legs, she will be awarded 10 percentage points.

May I recommend the static wall stretch?   Lie on the floor with your legs vertically up a wall.   Your goal is to get your butt in the corner with your legs flat against the wall, and your back flat on the floor.   Try to keep your feet at 90 degrees to your legs.
